"Thank you for a great mini vacation. However, a few things could have been done better. 1. The lobby was not very clean; mostly the floors and the bathroom in the lobby. 2. Most hotels end breakfast at 10 am. Breakfast at 9 am was a little early. The rooms were pretty clean, and I love the standing shower. Overall, it was a good experience."

"You get what you pay for. The non-smoking room smelled like an ashtray, and I was greeted by a spider on my pillow. I ended up sleeping fully clothed because I wasn’t comfortable in the room. For the small difference in price, I’d recommend spending the extra $30 and staying at a better hotel."

"Inn was quiet and staff did seem to want to help , however the White fitted bed sheet appeared stained with old sweat marks . Bed cover also dirty around some of the edges. Not all rooms had a microwave or fridge. Soap dispenser to wash hands did not work."

"We loved having a mini kitchen in the room - such a convenient location to run to the grocery store - plenty of room in the fridge to store food. Full-sized coffee pot was fantastic. The breakfasts were good. Typical ham, sausage, bacon and eggs several different ways. Yogurt and berries and cottage cheese, bagels, toast, and waffles, too. The front desk staff was very professional and helpful. We had a problem with the AC and they sent someone up to take a look. It was determined it could...

"It was close to the thruway for easy access. In addition, the beds were comfortable, the room was spacious and clean and the staff at the breakfast buffet were extremely helpful."

"The furniture in the room was worn out. The door to the bathroom was broken. The threshold into the bathroom had bare metal rails that could cut bare feet, the toilet was wobbly, the floors were dirty and the shower controls were hanging off the wall…I did not use the shower because of the poor shape the bathroom was in. All of the items were communicated to the front desk staff. The only redeeming aspect to the room was clean linens. I will never stay there again."

"We enjoy staying at Home 2 by the Galleria Mall in Buffalo, NY. The staff is just wonderful. They are so kind and friendly. Always have smiles on their faces and just happy to welcome you. The rooms are very clean and well maintained. We never have an issue. The morning breakfasts are a delight! We enjoy that the menu changes daily for the hot items. The staff keep everything stocked and cleaned. They’re also very helpful too. We can’t wait to stay again!!!"

"Lightning was horrible. I think they had 45watt bulbs. No room darkening curtain, only a rice paper light curtain covering window right above AC unit, so when AC was blowing, it blew open the curtain so room was exposed to outside grounds. Shower wall was deteriorating & patched with Gorilla Tape covering holes & taping wallpaper in place."

"Place is very run down and clearly was just recently reopened. Renovations are currently underway but until then, the place is not great."
