"For an expensive hotel, I was hoping for a little more. However, it seems all Boston hotels are expensive. For £400 per night, one would expect top notch. Very good but not exceptional, and why does the music have to be so loud in the lobby, even at 6.30 in the morning. I feel for the staff as much as the clientele."

"The most photographed hotel in the world is truly beautiful. Special acknowledgement to Linda in housekeeping, she showed me the outside doors of the Alfred Hitchcock room and Celine Dion room. A real special treat, thank you Linda for making my short stay there memorable. Another acknowledgement goes to the Chef at Sam's who supplied my request for a Quebec cheese plate for dessert. Please put Quebec cheese plate on the Menu since most tourists want to taste local food. And I know that the cheese plate included the Chateau Frontenac Bee Honey. Thank you so much Chef."
