"Conveniently near the airport, the hotel offers a shuttle bus service that transports back and forth to the nearby airport. Breakfast is excellent with several different options to choose from and a big seating area. Rooms are also very spacious, as well as the bathroom in our room was very accommodating and spacious. Would definitely stay here again, wish we got to stay longer! "

"Front desk staff was lack luster. We were about an hour early for the 3pm check in and they were text book about the 3pm rule. We mentioned that on occasion, if the room was ready, we were allowed to check in. Another staff chimed in about signing up for a basic member application using a QR code for early check in. Good grief, we’ve been traveling, tired and that’s the least thing I felt like doing. After waiting and watching the staff figure things out, like magic, they allowed us to check in. In the past, the front desk staff were very kind and sincere but recently attitudes have changed. Although other staff greeting guests and staff in the Hanamiyabi lounge are very gracious."

"The property is very large and has everything that you could think of. We had a club lounge access and a club room on floor 12 with a balcony which had amazing views. The club room access was much more than we imagined. With traditional Japanese food of all kinds and even a candy floss making machine. Soft drinks were 24 hours a day. Only one thing let it down the club room furniture was worn and needed some TLC. Other than that top marks (even had a flight simulator!!!!). The Onsen is no clothes to be worn which I was not comfortable with but it was ok to go in the sauna with a towel on."
