The room was definitely not even close to the cleanest it could've been. i woukd rate the cleanliness of the room (and the entire place, honestly), 2/10. The lady who was on duty at the time of check-in was not pleasant in the least and honestly, she seemed like she hated her job. They do not honour Expedia booking, even after calling to confirm about my room and telling her I booked on Expedia she didn’t tell me until I got there. Very rude customer service as well.

I traveled there with a group of friends. I made my reservation through the hotels.com website, while two other groups booked through Expedia. Upon arrival, we were informed that the two Expedia bookings had been canceled because, according to the staff, they do not receive payment from Expedia. We were not notified of these cancellations in advance - no email or phone message was received - and only learned about them after arriving. In addition, the front desk staff member was dismissive and unhelpful, refusing to accommodate one of the groups. His behavior came across as unwelcoming, and we felt that the way we were treated had a discriminatory undertone.

Rich motel., very basic very run down.

First 3 minutes I had to kill 4 to 5 roaches . Transferred to another too where I only killed one. Some outside smoke weed..No microwave in rooms .,no fridge very tin down . I think if you hire a handy man who can fix all the disgusting caulking job and fix minor things , paint doors glossy so they do not stair very easily , and would be easy to clean. Also treat the roach infestation in some of rooms .

Building is pretty run down, and my room was pretty dirty. Still had hair on the pillows from the last person who stayed in the room. Floor was dirty as well.

The room was not really cleaned well. Towels seemed stained or dirty. The bed spread had holes from cigarette burns and it smelled like smoke yet was suppose to be a smoke free room. The worst Motel 6 I’ve stayed at, disappointing.

My room was very dirty, when i arrived i was so tired from driving I didn't really look over the room too much i just got my puppy settled and i went to sleep. When i got up to shower in the morning to shower, the shower had hair on the drain and mold in the corners. The floors were very dirty as well.

The tv didn’t work! I tried to turn it on and it never came on. My neighbors were noisy when passing as if everyone was up at 1am. Parking was crazy! No one parked within the lines which made me park outside the lines. Other than what I’ve mentioned, it was fine. The location was perfect!

It was about 20 degrees outside. I checked in the evening. The heater didn’t work. The shower facet didn’t work properly. The room was dirty. I hated staying here. The woman at the front desk was rude. This was a horrible stay and waste of money. Give me my money back! Stay away!

The two employees I spoke to were both friendly, during check in and check out. Other than that, the only positive thing I have to say is that there was a bed and bathroom in the room. Bare minimum was met. Once in the room, the floor was disgusting. It was extremely grimy, and it didn't look or feel like it had been mopped in ages. The TV was falling out of the wall. The smoke detector had no batteries in it. It was also supposed to be a non-smoking room but it reeked of cigarettes. The bed sheets also felt gross, but that could have been because the rest of the room was so offputting. The water pressure in the sink was also incredibly high. After I checked out, they added a $25 charge to my card. I was not notified of why they were charging me. Once I called to ask why, they told me that my dog had pooped on the sofa and that I had tried to hide it with the bedspread. I was literally there with my dog the entire time, and he did not pee or poop inside. Even if he HAD, the obvious solution would be for me to clean it up myself. I had cleaning supplies with me. They had no proof, and the manager took the housekeeper's word instead of checking himself before charging me. I strongly urge anyone considering this location to look elsewhere. There are better Motel 6's out there. This was the worst hotel experience I have had to date.

My reservation hadn’t went through as that motel 6 was no longer taking third party reservations. Room was cold-took forever to get temp up once I figured out how. Light over vanity didn’t work. Found bugs coming out from under mirror and behind sink. Lucky I didn’t take them home with me. No fridge or microwave in room.

Just because it’s a MOTEL 6! Doesn’t mean it doesn’t need to have a UPKEEP to it, there is no reason why it’s should have bugs! Get it treated! Charge more! It smells, i slept in the car the whole time. It’s disgusting, would you stay there?
