"The rooms weren’t cleaned properly each day, didn’t provide soap for few days, forgot to restock coffee and water, didn’t allow more pillows (which is just insane to me that a property would only allow 2 pillows per person that were completely flat), and at every turn it felt like we were an inconvenience (hotels are part of the hospitality industry so this felt like a big miss for how expensive the property was)."

"This felt like a hotel that you would stay at if you were going to the airport the next morning at 5:30 AM unfortunately when we were there The elevators were being updated and they had some fans in the hallway with some water issue not sure if it was related to the elevators. They had sign saying that they were renovating them, but only one elevator was available for six floors, including staff. The airport shuttle picked us up when our plane was late at 1:30 AM.
