"We stayed at Melia for 4 x nights to celebrate a birthday. Hotel looks fairly unassuming from the outside , but a warm welcome and cool temperature (it was hot when we were there) greets you . We loved the Level Room which has excellent views of the city from the 7th Floor . Staff were all super helpful and efficient, great breakfast every day and a Level Room gets access to the VIP lounge, with complementary snacks and drinks . An area that could be considered in respect of the lounge, maybe some music in the background, just to make a bit more atmospheric . Great hotel, would highly recommend. Chris and Anna (London) "
