"The team welcomed us well, we noticed in interxonnecting door that would be great to have open but was key locked, on speaking to reception it’s was not a problem and in no time a member of the team was in and opening. They recommended a great place to eat on our first evening after a long day of travelling. Coupled with amazing views we had a great stay thank you."

"Room was okay. I’m-room amenities were not exactly to the standard we were hoping for: pillows need updating. AC was not strong, bed was not very comfortable. Room was small for price (though it is Europe, understand the size but not for the price), food/drink in-room was just okay. Was not a fan of the light system in the rooms: either all lights are on or none at all. Wish we could turn on individual lights. No dimming of lights either which was disappointing. Hotel itself was great....

The hotel had a very nice boutique vibe - wish we had more time to enjoy. If we are back in Zurich this will be our one & only choice. "

The proximity to the train station; the location in relation to the river, & its shops, bars & restaurants etc.; the rooms in the hotel are spacious, modern, clean & comfortable, and the staff are very good. Some friends who were also in Zurich at the same time, staying in a more expensive, ‘boutique’ hotel, complained about the size of their rooms, and especially the bathrooms.
