"Place was exactly what we expected, just like it was posted. Only had to deal with staff at check in and she was very helpful. Plenty of towels. Kind of weird.. no television. Got over that easily with our phones just for background noise."

"Hale Napili is in an excellent location. Sad that the beach is eroding. It’s a very nice older complex. Nice small grass area in front. Often hard to sit on lawn area because people come out and put towels on chairs and leave. Nice to have a complimentary laundry room."

"The actual condo accommodation was a 10/10. Dealing with KBM management company was less than ideal and detracted from the experience. KBM sent innumerable emails and texts including a strict 11 AM check out which felt more like a "get out." The charged an additional $300/day "registration fee" that was never disclosed. After a number of phone calls and talking with the Montage front desk, this was removed. We asked for service on the TV in the main room that was never addressed. The resort is in a great location, but they are renovating the adjacent tower. I would go back for the views and luxurious condo, but not if KBM is managing it."
