I was promised a room "on the ground floor" which is what I requested because I have arthritis in my knees and have a problem walking up and down the stairs. Unfortunately, the hotel does not have a normal ground floor. To get to your room on the ground floor you have to negotiate 5 stairs down and then 5 stairs up; that made each trip to and from my room a painful experience.

Velké, prostorné a moderní pokoje. Tiché, klidné okolí. Přátelský servis. Dobrá snídaně formou bufetu. Restaurace s dobrou českou kuchyní za atraktivní ceny. Na chodbě je lednice a varná konvice s možností přípravy teplých nápojů. Dobrá základna pro objevování oblasti. V blízkosti penzionu je autobusová a vlaková zastávka (Karlovy Vary-Dvory 700 m. a Aréna 1 km).

A fuir ! Hôtel vétuste (moquette élimée, odeurs désagréables dans la salle de bain, pas de volets fonctionnels au fenêtres, pas de rideaux dignes de ce nom (je n'avais encore jamais vu des rideaux de longueur et largeurs différentes dont la largeur de couvre pas celle des fenêtres !), accueil sympathique, mais çà ne compense pas, loin de là.
