"My score 2 out of 10. Due to delayed flights I arrived around 01.30am. Check in was quick and friendly. My room was 304 and was nicely made up with Airy Rooms cushions and materials. However, on opening the bathroom door the air was rank! The most disgusting bathroom smell I have ever encountered in a hotel bathroom. It struck me as ironic that an Airy Room could be so smelly. "Clean room and hardworking housekeeping crew. Very polite and helpful staff at the reception, quick check in for late arrival, helped me with arranging for pickup for my tour (Danny), polite and attentive (Nita - help with breakfast boxes due to early morning departure and Suwati). Good location, close to walk to Kuta Beach. Also good breakfast buffet and attentive staff at this restaurant. Look like a nice swimming pool, but did not get a chance to use it. Spa on this location was great "
