Even if it's not exactly 5-star accommodation they are making a good effort to cater to the needs of westerners. The restaurant has plenty of ambience and again the staff is friendly but the service is slow (this is endemic in Zanzibar though) and the breakfast selection is quite basic. "Excellent location with a close walk to the beach and restaurants etc. Room was clean and great value for money. Staff were helpful, brought us a hairdryer when we needed it and breakfast was plentiful! A great little place to stay. "
