Staff were great and welcoming everyday, beds made daily, breakfast was good, pool was good and massage was wonderful! Highly recommend!"

"The kitchenware have residue and some food still stuck to it. We had to wash everything again to ensure it was clean. Worst part is that there was significant construction, There was no email warning us before we booked/before we arrived, which would have been appreciated. They were not accommodating to this which was disappointing"

"The property and the house were amazing. If you are looking for a relaxing stay with amazing countryside views from the outside, then this is the place for you. The beds were comfortable and fully furnished with what you need to have a relaxing stay. A big shout out to the owners Stephan and Claudia. These were two of the kindest people we met on our trip, and I just want to say thank you to them both. They went above and beyond what they were required to do, and we just wanted to thank them for that. The house is not far from downtown Coin which is beautiful, clean and the people are very friendly. I highly recommend this property if your travel adventures take you that way. If we are ever in this area again, we will sure stay, there again."

"DO NOT STAY IN THIS HOTEL. We had a terrifying security experience here. For 3 out of 4 days, we returned to find our room door wide open. What made it worse was that ours was the ONLY door left open on the entire floor; every other room was securely closed. After checking the CCTV on the second day, the front desk confirmed it was housekeeping's fault, yet it happened AGAIN the following day. When we complained, the staff showed zero empathy, offered no apology, and had a hostile attitude. They claimed they had "never seen this before" but simply shoved a business card at us and told us to contact the manager ourselves. This felt like we were being specifically targeted. We felt completely unsafe and ignored. Save your money and stay somewhere that actually cares about your safety."
