"Room was very clean and tidy. It's about 45 min walk into the city but buses are very available to get anywhere you want right outside the door. Theres a Aldi and Lidl next door and loads of restaurants close. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. You can have your room cleaned each day on request. "Well-located efficient studio with delightful staff (especially Javier & Maria). Plenty to walk to in the area. The studios are small but there are large & attractive shared use spaces (gym, lounges with plenty of seating and spacious kitchens, meeting rooms, etc). Very clean! Would absolutely stay there again. "

"The entire Number 31 team was excellent and the hotel was beautiful. We stayed for 3 nights (we had to extend our stay by a night and were able to do so easily) and the nights we were there we had the most restful sleep. The breakfasts in the morning were something to look forward to, and the common spaces were beautiful and comfortable. And the staff went above and beyond to make our time in Dublin great. "We splurged on a single night here upon arriving in Dublin and it was so worth it. We made a beeline for the pool when we arrived and it did wonders to help us shake off travel fatigue. "I thoroughly enjoyed my time at this hotel very clean, the staff was friendly, child friendly, and it has a good breakfast selection. I’m only giving a 4 stars because we arrived at like 9:00 am in the morning after a 7 hours flight and had to wait until 1:00 pm to get in the room. If you’re arriving early, pay for early check in, it makes a difference! "
