"Staff, room and breakfast were wonderful. It was nice to see plant based options as well. Only two things would have been a nice touch in the room to have a dressing gown and a box of tissues. Other than that would defo stay again"

"The Apartment was spacious and the Kitchen was well stocked. We did not have a clothes washer. Apparently some apartments do and some don't. We needed one. They arranged for us to use the washer at their other property. The breakfast was okay."

"We stayed in the newly renovated area of the hotel, and it was very nice. We had a large suite with kitchenette and a nice view of the sea, and the mountains. The restaurant on the fifth floor is great and the staff was very helpful. The staff in the lobby main desk also great. Our first day in the spa was very busy with visitors from outside the hotel and the two staff members seemed overwhelmed however, the second day was very quiet and we had the spa to ourselves with one other couple. "Die Zimmer sind sauber und das Bad war wirklich groß. Etwas mehr Ablagefläche wäre toll, da man durch die dicken Wintersachen ja doch etwas mehr Platz braucht. Wir hatten den Blick zum Hafen und die Eismeerkathedrale, wirklich toll! Das Personal war sehr zuvorkommend und hat uns bei jeder Frage hilfreich beraten. In der Rezeption gab es super leckeren heißen Beerensaft und Kekse zum aufwärmen! Das Frühstück ist abwechslungsreich, jedoch kann es in dem kleinen Raum zur Hauptzeit recht voll...

"We absolutely loved this place, such a big apartment much bigger than we were expecting. Really conveniently located and so close to everything we needed. Staff were great helping us with our bags and taxis. Only thing I would feedback is given how much room we had the bathrooms were very small. The smallest double also could do with black put curtain rather than a blind as there was a street light outside. We loved Tromsø and would defo return here if we come back. "

"This was a great hotel for what we needed, somewhere in a great location that was safe and comfortable to sleep in. The two staff members on the evening shift were so lovely, a real benefit to the hotel and couldn’t do enough to help during the stay. The rooms are small but functional, our room had its own bathroom but the communal ones were perfectly clean so I wouldn’t let that stop you.
