"I had a wonderful stay at Holiday Inn, Vaishno Devi! The staff was incredibly courteous and attentive, ensuring all our needs were met with a smile. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, offering a relaxing experience after a long day. The location is perfect for visiting the shrine, and the facilities were top-notch. The property is 100m from station. However, my recommendation if property can arrange a pickup facility for the guest after a long journey. With luggage it was a task to walk to the hotel. When asked to arrange for a pickup, staff mentioned we don’t provide. A mini golf cart can be a good option. Think about it.

Service was pretty average. For anything one has to ask the staff several times.
Breakfast options are limited even though I understand they strive to provide a fully vegetarian menu. The quality of the breakfast ranged from average to terrible.
