"Unfortunately, our experience at the hotel was disappointing. The breakfast was very poor, both in quality and service, and the staff at breakfast did not feel welcoming or attentive. Upton arrival the valet helped with our bags, gave the children and us gorgeous necklaces and check-in was quick! "This was a beautiful villa across the street from the grand wailea. Booking included full use of the resort, which was excellent. Included was a shuttle service with uber-like app that we could use to go anywhere within a 1 mile radius. This was a great stay"

"The place was very clean. The staff was very communicative and accommodating. I stayed Wednesday-Sunday and I extended my stay 1 night which was very fast and easy. They left us chairs and towels which was very nice for the beach. The place was very spacious for 2 people. If you want to cook this has plenty of counter space.
