The hotel could improve with their pillow selection and the morning coffee, as it doesn’t match the overall quality of the property after all we are in colombia the coffee capital of the world…. I’ve dined at the rooftop restaurant many times it’s a very over priced restaurant, but it’s disappointing that they charge extra if you ask for a little more chips or a little more sauce without telling you. The female manager has a horrible attitude also seems inattentive to guests, often spending time on her phone or watching TV instead of engaging with customers, never again"
