Very comfortable apartment with good facilities including coffee machine. Wonderful views across the city. Very close to underground and tram into city centre,

Great location and excellent communication. Only thing not so happy with was having to take rubbish out ourselves. I think it is a bit unreasonable to expect guess to take any rubbish out. Yes, by all means leave the place tidy and rubbish in the apartment bins but to take them out should be role for the cleaners. It is not that we are snubby but with the pressure of a 10:00 am exit plus carrying one's luggage plus checking out in their app plus getting entry to the bin room outside can be...

Good location, quality, easy and simple

We were delighted with our choice of the Seventh Heaven Apartment and give it our highest recommendation for any holiday in Vienna. Our flat 'Sissi' on the third floor was extremely spacious and comfortable, scrupulously clean and fitted out with everything you could possibly need whatever the length of your stay. The building itself is quiet and peaceful. We were there in August and despite very hot temperatures outside, we found that the apartment was easy to keep cool with the air...

Excellent location, close to many shops (including a supermarket that is open on Sundays) and 2 of the main subway lines. Easy access from the airport, even though the CAT was closed due to Corona. Has all the amenities required and then some. A very comfortable place to stay

The apartment and neighbourhood were great. The only problems were the sofa, which squeaked a lot when unfolded and was not very comfortable for sleeping, and the bathroom door, which also squeaked when opening and closing. Despite these things our stay was amazing!

Arrived by taxi and the driver advised us to use the U-Bahn thereafter : typical of the wonderfully friendly folk we met. The apartment was terrific and the help provided by Elena and Ekaterina was brilliant - really lovely people who went out of their way to help.

Great value for money. Very spacious and well equipped apartment. Well worth it. Will be staying here again when we return to Vienna.

Great apartments, in a good location. Easy check in procedure / gaining key.

The apartment is located in a nice, quiet area: a short walk to a supermarket and about a block to a tram stop, which conveniently brings us to and from the city center. My apartment is clean, spacious, and equipped with basic cooking utensils. The elevator is small but functional. Wifi works well. The managers are friendly and helpful.

It is a nice cozy apartment with many facilities - WiFi, cooker, microwave oven, washing machine and many more. It is near to the city centre and within 15 minutes walking distance. Belvedere is also 5 to 10 minutes away. Will go again. :-)

It was a lovely roomy apartment with everything we needed provided. The Apartment was larger than we were expecting which was a lovely surprise. It had two toilets, a very big bathroom and a balcony with table and chairs. Close to a supermarket, pharmacy, local restaurants and the underground station was across the road from the apartment so made it very easy to get around. It was a short walk through a park to the Schonbrunn Palace. If we went again would definitely book this apartment.

Excellent service and location was wonderful for sightseeing around Vienna. We had a brilliant time, many thanks for a professional service.
