Typical breakfast fare nothing very appealing. Went somewhere else for breakfast. Charged us upfront for incidentals of 75.00 which I did not like at all. We won't stay at this property again."

"First of all I want to start with the positives because there were some. The hotel was very clean and the rooms were well equipped, spacious and clean. Unfortunately that is all the positives. First issue was the staff there were very unhelpful and did not abide by their own rules. The first thing you see, and plastered all over the hotel, are signs stating this is a smoke free hotel. "Everything was clean, new, and well looked after. The location was great, and I appreciated the coffee bar and ample sitting areas."

"The hotel was immaculate, the breakfast was excellent and, when we checked in, (we did reserve a room, but it was late evening), we got to choose the floor we wanted to be on and the location of the room even though they had 10 rooms available. "One of the reasons that I stay at Hampton Inn is because the beds are so incredibly comfortable, and this visit didn't disappoint. But, what stood out about this Hampton Inn was the breakfast. It was amazing! It was seasoned, there was a variety of food, each day, and it was perfectly prepared and executed. The staff was helpful and even brought out almond milk for my daughter. Another big plus was that the staff were all very friendly and helpful."

The TV remote control was broken. There was bugs on the sink, cigarette stains all over the tub. The toilet was dirty, and that was the first room we went into and then the second room was exactly the same however, the tack strip that attaches the rug in the threshold of the bathroom was exposed, and I stepped on it...

"I needed to be in one of the Handicapped rooms (101). Absolutely nothing electrical worked except the lights and little refrigerator. No A/C-Heater; no TV, no fun! It was a later night check in for me, I was exhausted, and I wasn’t up to change rooms once all my luggage was there. This is really unacceptable, even though renovations were happening. The room should have been fixed before placing a customer there!!!"
