Very nice historic hotel. The positives included the big bed, nice bathroom, decent breakfast, good pool area and nice courtyard area. The staff were excellent - spoke great English too which was a bonus for us. Nice quiet location in Vicuña. The main negative was the lack of air conditioning despite it being advertised as included. Only half of the rooms (the pool view rooms) seem to have working air con so our room, whilst very nice, was uncomfortably hot. A fan was provided which helped. I...

This hotel is just beautiful. Maria is an amazing and caring host in her fourth generation Chilean home. It’s beautiful. Tasteful rooms and and a lovely rustic homely feel to it. Would highly recommend.

Lovely huge room with a great comfy bed. The roof top terrace is amazing for an evening drink and there are two hot tubs which you can book for a free one hour use. In the perfect location in this great little town. Highly recommend the hotel.
