"Stayed one night while attending my grandaughter's high school graduation ceremony across the street. My stay couldn't have been more perfect! Location - A+ (5 minute walk to the venue), Staff -A+ (friendly & helpful), room - A+ (clean, comfortable, roomy) and breakfast - A+ (hot, great selection including fresh, cut up fruit, eggs, sausage, potatoes, and great coffee). Coming back to stay when my next granddaughter graduates in a couple of years!"

"Called hotel from the airport around 10:30pm to order the free shuttle. No answer - tried several times and just rang out. Ended up getting an Uber. Arrived around 11pm. Customer service from the front desk was virtually non existent, so was not surprised nobody picked up the phone when I called. Was asked if I needed the shuttle in the morning but was then told all the early shuttles were already fully booked. The room itself was fine other than very poor water pressure from the bathroom sink...
