"The hotel is not what it claims to be. First of all, the hotel is categorized as a 3-star hotel, not a 4-star hotel, which is also clearly displayed at the reception. I booked a Deluxe room, but I was initially given a Standard room on the 4th floor without any explanation. My first room was also not properly cleaned, and after checking it, the staff eventually had to agree. They did change my room without any problem, which I appreciated. However, changing the room did not solve the issues....

"I stayed at the property for one night. Check in was simple. Staff was polite. The hotel was run down. Tiles missing in the lift, carpet rundown. It is across the street from a facility that had barbwire and police stanchions, looked like a prison or mental institution. My television didn’t work. They were notified but did nothing about it. You could walk to the market or restaurants. Catch a cab. It is under 700 tl one way. The room was decent. A/C worked and was pumping out cold air"
