"Friendly and helpful staff. Great location. Parking garage is a bit far from the hotel, but an easy walk. Room was clean but there was a hair clip that wasn’t ours under the bed. The automatic blinds didn’t work. Maintenance came to fix on the second day. We dropped off laundry for the laundry service on Thursday night, but when we went to pick it up the next day we were told that the laundry service didn’t come for some reason (on Friday) and that it’s not available on weekends, so that was a bit of an inconvenience. Overall, though, a good hotel experience."
