"The room was impeccably clean, the beds were comfy, the shower pressure was amazing and the reception staff were very helpful. Thank you for a wonderful stay. Oh, and there is an IGA mini mart right at the doorstep, along with a coffee shop/restaurant. Very easy for our weekend, where we needed convenince at our fingertips. "

The only suggestion is on the desk leave a pamphlet outlining how to get to (what is near/things to do) shopping centre, chemist, arcade, food area etc. also, a small sticker stating how to connect to the internet on desk or on the menu sheet."
