"You can tell the building went through some rounds of remodeling, but not necessarily coordinated or well thought through. For example, the room is equipped with laminated floors throughout into the bathroom, but the shower glass wall is not sealed properly, so there is water seeping underneath the floors after every shower, which I could foresee mildew issues in the future or maybe already? I also left my little purse hanging in the jacket closet when we checked out. I found it out 10 minutes later but I was already waiting for my antelope canyon tour to start and couldn’t go back immediately. I called the hotel to ask them to locate it and keep it for me. Even though I gave them the exact location of my purse, the staff kept saying in such a vague way like “sure, we will contact you if we find it; and no, I cannot send someone to check for you now”, just very unsettling. In the end, I did get my purse back because my husband didn’t feel well and had to skip the antelope tour, so he went back and got my purse. I was just disappointed by the staffs passive reactions and unwilling to help when I called."

"Since Marble Canyon is fairly remote, I was not expecting much. However, the property was very nice. The room was small but very clean. The staff was fantastic and the restaurant was amazing. There were fire pits and picnic tables available for guests. The best part was the view of the Vermillion Cliffs in the morning! "

"I came here as a child, now I am bringing my family here. So many great memories for them as I had. This hotel and staff are a wonderful addition to our family we will always come back here when we can. We love this place !"
