Il ristorante e i cocktail qualità medio-bassa, personale inesistente in casi di necessità, lacune sul servizio (es. asciugamani non riforniti in giornata, prenotazioni nei ristoranti non eseguite correttamente, spazi comuni non puliti regolarmente, saltata la pulizia del bagno, lenzuola macchiate non cambiate ma rimesse a posto)... "The hotel is not by the beach. The photos make it look like it is by the beach but really isn't. You have to walk about ten minutes to reach the praia. The breakfast was good. "Some of the things I liked about the property are: The cleanliness, the rooms are spacious, the staff is very friendly, the continental breakfast was great and the service from the staff, the location to the beach, the restaurants in the beach was a 3 minutes walk. "We had a great stay at this clean and modern apartment. The location was perfect, close to everything we needed. The bottle of water on arrival was a lovely touch. The staff and the owner were very friendly and welcoming, which made our stay even more enjoyable. We will definitely stay again!"

"I could not praise the staff enough at this hotel - they are all so friendly, helpful and super attentive. The food options were excellent and the buffet meals changed daily (with a few consistent staples. Whilst I agree with some reviews that the rooms are a bit outdated - they were always cleaned properly. The rest of the hotel was not outdated (and who spends enough time in the hotel room to care about it being outdated) and had a good blend of natural elements to make every part of the hotel...
