"This is an old hotel in a lower/mid neighborhood. They don't allow bag checking or early check in. The rooms were old but clean and functional. Price is readonable. You check in through a well worn hole in the glass and must make a cash deposit of $50. Some will be put off by this but it met my needs for the price."

"BASICALLY WE LIKED THE HOTEL AND CHECK IN ETC (IT'S A BEAUTIFUL BUILDING - QUITE STUNNING REALLY) BUT THERE WERE MINOR ISSUES: THE BATHROOM AFFILIATED WITH THE RESTAURANT WAS OUT OF TOILET PAPER AS WELL AS PAPER TOWELS OUR ROOM AT CHECK IN HAD A TOILET WITH URINE AND TOILET PAPER - UNFLUSHED CLEARLY A LACK OF OVERSIGHT -IN SPITE OF THAT, WE WOUD RETURN - JUST A HEADS UP"

"The property is a huge square. It was 380 steps from the elevator to my room. Very long walk. Elevators were slow. Only 4 for all those rooms and sometimes all 4 didn’t work. Only 2 for the garage which is not owned by the Hotel. Now the Desk, concierge and parking attendants were most helpful. Maids did a great job all 5 days. TV had too many options but probably good for other guests."
