I had $800 cash stolen from my locker and hotel management did not do anything about it. Also me and my mom got infected the second day of the stay. The place is poorly cleaned. Very dissatisfied.

Disliked that almost no staff speaks English (very Russian-focused resort), disliked that all suites face the disco - banging music until 11:30pm. Very well managed resort

This is an excellently managed hotel and resort - whereever you look, every detail is perfect. One thing to know (we didn't) is that the main foreign language in this hotel is Russian - a few signs were only in Turkish and Russian, and the kids activities were conducted in Russion. That said it was never a problem for us.

Замечательная сеть Alva Donna!

Отдыхали с семьёй (я, жена, ребёнок 9,5 лет) с 19 по 30 августа 2017 года. Брали номер с видом на бассейн и море. В сети Alva Donna уже были в 2015 году в Сиде. Поменяли город из-за моря ( в Сиде были водоросли и мутновато у берега). Краткий анализ: отель отличный, сервис на высоком уровне, у нас в номере убирались ежедневно, меняли бельё, выкладывали лебедей, цветы и т.д., питание выше всяких похвал (для русских даже борщ со сметаной, окрошка, гречка), анимации много, хотя в Сиде нам понравилось чуть больше, вечерние шоу-программы на высочайшем уровне, МОРЕ супер. Для деток прекрасный миниклуб. Резюме: рекомендуем!

Alva Donna charged 50 EUR pd for 3 year old child

Alva Donna's large family suite was enabled on Expedia's online booking system for 2 Adults and 3 Children. My wife and her sister however needed to stay at the same room with 4 children as there was another 3 years old child. The hotel was called by us a few times and they suggested that if the child was registered via Expedia, there would be no problem for them. I called Expedia on 14.July.2017 at 20:08 PM GMT for 19 minutes. During that call Expedia confirmed that they called the hotel (putting me on hold for almost 10 minutes) and they confirmed that the child was registered and added to the booking free of charge. 2 days after this registration, when my family arrived at Alva Donna World Kemer, they were blamed for bringing an extra person (Alva Donna treated this child always as a person), they said that they had never received any call from Expedia, and even though they never intended to investigate the issue properly, they said that either us or Expedia would pay 50 EUR extra per day for this child even though the child did not get a bad, cot or any extra sleeping place. Alva Donna World Kemer's management did everything they could to get this extra 50 EUR X 7 Days = 350 EUR from somebody no matter what the truth was, what the investigation would reveal. Alva Donna World Palace today charged 1450 TRY for this 3 years old child to Expedia without my authorisation and said "Why does this bother you, we charge a foreign agent". I said you robbed humanity.......
