In front of the Hotel is a party location. We had the „luck“ to try to use the night entrence between drunken people. The key save, was available for everyone who had to check in, including the drunken people. It was fun… not.

Das Hotel wird anscheinend seit Januar nicht mehr betrieben und der letzte Besitzer ist wohl seitdem nicht mehr auffindbar! Dass Expedia das bis heute nicht weiß und für unsere Buchung im April (!) noch Geld kassiert, ist eine Frechheit! Wir wollen für diese nicht erbrachte Leistung unser Geld zurück!

Ha sido un desastre total porque al Hotel le habían cortado la luz Así que NO aceptaron a nadie a pesar de la confirmación de la reserva. Parece que están en quiebra. Al personal habían dicho que todas las plataformas de reservas estaban cerradas. Mentira. El mismo día 25.03.hu iero podido reservar. Espero que no me cobran la estancia NO efectuada. Porque claro el 23.03. al hacer la reserva tenía que dar los datos de mi tarjeta. Una vergüenza ayjuscula. Saludos Michael

Der var ikke lys på værelserne, og ingen varmt vand til bad på det ene. Vi kæmpede for at komme igennem til hotellet i løbet af dagen først fordi vi ville ankomme sent så vi skulle høre om nøgleudæevering - vi fik oplyst at der ingen strøm var, og at de ville hjælpe os men til sidst stoppede de med at tage telefonen, og der var klokken omkring 21.00. 2Vi kørte til et par andre hoteller i Kempten for at få t værelser uden held, og kørte så til My Park Hotel, og kom ind ad en sidedør hvor der sad en meget sød dame i en mørk reception, og hun gav os adgang til de 2 værelser, og lovede der i det mindste var varmt vand til et bad, men altså kun på det ene værelse. Vi fik dog nogle timers søvn, men er uforstående over hvorfor vi ikke er blevet kontaktet, samt tilbudt et rimeligt afslag i prisen. Mvh Johnny Grønmar Jævnlig bruger af Hotels.com gennem de sidste år...

Sehr schöne geräumige Zimmer. Einzige Nachteil, es war sehr warm, wir müßten Balkontür für die Nacht aufmachen, damit es bisschen frisch wird.

Das Zimmer war groß und sauber . Allerdings viel viel zu heiß! Es hatte 32 grad im Zimmer und eine eigene Regulierung ist nicht möglich. Auf Nachfrage wurde dies vom Personal runter geregelt . Leider hat dies nicht funktioniert.wir mussten die ganze Nacht mit offenen Fenstern schlafen
