"As the property is located on Lake Washington I expected a view of the lake No lake view.
The dinner menu was odd. Very limited For instance there were several saucy dishes no side dish such as rice to use with the sauce
The required app didn’t always give accurate information

"Nice location near waterfront; 5th floor deck was best part about stay. Shower water was not hot enough and room was slow to heat up. My room had a lot of elevator noise which I wouldn't expect for the price."

"Beautiful hotel, but disappointing experience. The spa was closed without prior notice, staff wasn’t very attentive, and my room had a maintenance issue (broken toilet paper holder). Not the level of service I expected."

"The hot tub was peaceful. Barking frog’s food was average and not worth the prices. food was random and had too much going on. Hosts were great and helpful, especially the gentlemen who worked in the evenings. The shower flooded the bathroom every time we showered though. still great housekeeping and service. "
