"Staff was helpful and we were able to check in a hour early which was nice because we drove 2 hours away and we were tired. Our room was clean with plenty of towels thanks."

"We had no sink hot water. Were told it could not be fixed till next day. I asked for a differt room, he said(owner) they were full up and we could just use shower water. We were staying 5 days. No one showed up. We did find the lines were swiched with our own search. No one came the next day and we did NOT tell them we fixed it. 3rd day asked for clean towels and was informed I had to bring them to laundry and get even exchange only! I did go get them and then was told the laundry was closed"

"The room was very spacious and we enjoyed the soaking tub. It appeared the room had not been cleaned in sometime. There was hair all over the bathroom, in the shower, around the toilet. There were nail clippings throughout the room, found on the carpet by the bed and other random spots on the carpet. For the price we paid for the room, I was expecting it to be better cleaned."

"We reserved the two room suite for my husband, kids, my dad, and myself. We get up to the room and find the AC is not working in the room with the king size bed, went to the desk and the worker ‘Max’ told us “oh yea, that doesn’t work. You can leave the door open to keep the air circulating.” We asked why this wasn’t disclaimed online or even upon check in, with no logical answer.
