"The room was great and clean- beds were very comfortable. The breakfast experience really put a damper on our trip. Both mornings they ran an out of coffee- we waited 20 minutes both times for it to be replenished but had to leave. Also ran out of boiled eggs ( only gluten free item available to eat ) and now regular bread. We weren’t late for breakfast so having these items would be expected."

"The hotel was fine. Older but still clean and kept up. We were not pleased that we could not check in early. The rooms were reported to be cleaned and available however because we arrived before the 4 pm checked our only option was to pay an additional $50. We did not do this. The AC also did not function consistently either night we were there. The temperature did not remain constant and when the unit was running it was very loud and rattled inconsistently. The beds were comfortable and it was a quiet hotel."

"Front staff blamed me for the key not working in my door, then said I was dumb (yeah really!) when I didn't turn the knob upwards and rattle the door open. The back door is inoperable and the older lady at the desk was condescending every time I had to bother her to do her job. The hotel was not clean, cigarettes and weed smell through the walls. I was in room 318. I took pictures of my room upon exit bc I didn't trust them to not charge me. I paid $150 for this room and got a $40 roach motel experience. Truly horrendous. I want my money back."
