The only two niggles were the time it took for hot water to appear from the taps and shower, and then fluctuate a lot, to the annoying fact that the curtains do not close across the window, allowing potential to see in, and the sun appearing very early in the morning."

"The W hotel was a very luxurious and friendly experience. My family particularly enjoyed cocktails around the pool. The breakfast buffet was a good start to each day, with enough variety to keep my family happy."

"Very comfortable stay. Breakfast on the 3rd floor was amazing, lots of choice and the team in the Crystal Club were as helpful as ever. I have stayed a few times and it’s a great location for business and or a holiday. Rooms are very comfortable. Only downside is the pillows are extremely hard but you can call reception and order a softer pillow, that is delivered promptly. Gym is quite small, but the pool is huge. Overall, 10/10 :) "
