Resulting in daily cold showers, drains overflowing with water, and a jacuzzi that was a constant ice bath. We checked our luggage at the reception office and were told someone would be there at 16:30 to assist us with getting it to the pickup location for our ride to the airport. Staff member was 15mins late to arrive."

Die Poolvilla ist fantastisch mit Blick auf den Sonnenuntergang. Der Weg ins Dorf ist angenehm und dort hat man alles was man braucht und noch mehr."

Location is good, just outside Fira but close to walk to and the main bus stop within around 15mins. Be aware that it is not a flat 15min walk, heading into Fira/bus stop is quite steep so give yourself plenty of time, especially when hot, the walk back is much much easier!"
