"Exceptional Hospitality and a Wonderful Stay at The Herbert Hotel! What truly made our stay at The Herbert Hotel special was the outstanding staff and their genuine hospitality. A special thank you to Boris at the front desk, who welcomed us with a warm smile and made us feel at home from the moment we arrived. He was incredibly helpful, attentive, and always happy to answer any questions. His customer service was truly exceptional! Sophia was equally wonderful! She was extremely friendly, kind, and always willing to help. One day, when I wasn't feeling well, she went out of her way to bring me hot tea and honey. Such a thoughtful and caring gesture that really made a difference and showed how much she genuinely cares about the guests. And a big thank you to Nader at the front desk as well, who was always helpful, welcoming, and ready to assist whenever we needed anything. It is rare to find a hotel team that makes you feel so genuinely welcomed and cared for. The staff truly went above and beyond and made our experience memorable. Of course, the location is fantastic too! Just steps from the beach and within walking distance of Tel Aviv's wonderful restaurants, bars, and cafés.
