"We had a great stay at FP Sheraton. The room are very spacious and clean. The staff are polite, hospitable and made sure that we had a comfortable and great time. During our stay, our son got sick and the staff made sure he was looked after. Appreciate all the things that Sinta and Ira did for him to make sure he’s taken care of. We will definitely book this hotel again for our next trip to Bali. Thank you again!"

"Loved the spa and having access to the recovery rooms, oxygen, cold plunge till midnight each day. Make sure you do the breakfast and get Winda (Wulandari) to help you she helped us get the best breakfast selection and also make a custom protein shake. Also conviniently located to lot of great restaurants night spots like ShiShi just next door, potato Head walking distance and must do Indonesian dinner or lunch called Merah Putih"

"On surface the service is good. But go deeper, they forget the requests asked. For example requesting for amenities like hand-wash, never received. Nice new hotel, competitively priced. Good location. Big room and bathroom. Breakfast could be improved."

"All the staff from the cleaners, security and front desk staff were all excellent. They were helpful in every way. Ita at the front desk was extremely helpful. She took care of everything smoothly from start to finish during the length of my stay.The security staff, Sutikno,Sabinus.Ferdi and Lorens always greeted me with a beautiful smile and gave me some good tips on the local food, shopping and sight seeing. I would highly recommend the hotel for everyone."
