This property is beautiful! It is very well maintained and the staff is very friendly and helpful. My family enjoyed swimming in the outdoor swimming pool and using the kayaks on the Bay. Peg’s scones were amazing and a real treat to look forward to each morning! I would highly recommend this resort if you are staying in Key Largo!

The service was great. The rooms were very nice. However, we were next door to a family and they were a little loud with the opening and closing of cabinet doors. That being said we did not hear the two children. Go figure. lol The ocean views were absolutely stunning. We grilled, fished and just hung out. We will be back

There was a very strong chemical smell in both the office and our room and I had difficulty breathing in the room due to an allergy reaction. We spoke to Jonathan twice about this and he said there was no odor or scent. We spent several hours with the doors opened before I could stay indoors comfortably. His response the 2nd time was to tell us we should close the windows and doors because of mosquitoes. Also the plugs on both nightstands did not work. I expect better for a $400 a night stay. Due to the chemical scent, I would not recommend staying here. It is unfortunate, because there are so many amazing things about this property that were overshadowed, not just by the scent but by the dismissal of my concern. Highlights: Beautiful landscaping with tropical feel, kayaks, and beach Homemade scones for breakfast Great location, close to highway but away from noise

Very quaint and clean and peaceful. Scones and fresh coffee every morning were wonderful. We wanted to say good bye and thank you but didn’t get the chance. Would definitely recommend and hope to visit again.

(1) Peg's scones and hot chocolate were excellent and were something to look forward to each morning. (2) The "grounds" were lush, tropical and well maintained. (3) The "suite" we stayed in had a full kitchen, six person dining table and comfortable beds.

This was a beautiful family owned property with a private beach! They served homemade scones and coffee every day from a little food truck right on the property. Great service, refreshing pool, and kayaks/paddleboards for fun adventures in the ocean.

This resort is awesome. We loved it. The property is beautifully landscaped. The staff is absolutely incredible. Very clean and quiet. We plan on going back. The coffee and scones are amazing. Cant say enough about this place.

Terrible Experience – Would Not Recommend My initial impression was awful. Upon arrival, the front desk lady went over a long list of strict rules, all of which had to be cleared by the owners first. I was shocked to find out that guests are not allowed at all. No pets are permitted either—yet the owner lives on-site with two huge dogs freely roaming the property. There are no lights near the dock or beach at night, which feels unwelcoming and even unsafe. The whole atmosphere is more like a retirement community where you’re expected to wind down by 9 PM. They also refused a late check-out and wouldn’t even allow us to stay on the premises after checking out. This was hands-down the worst experience I’ve had at a vacation rental. I absolutely do not recommend it and will never return.

The scones every morning were delicious! I enjoyed the quiet personal home and the complimentary kayaking was awesome! Can’t wait to come back again soon!
