"Helpful and courteous staff. CLEAN room and bathroom. Would stay again! Called enroute to notify as a "late arrival". GPS took us straight there; easy off and on by the Interstate. Outside and lobby was nicely maintained and welcoming. Check-in was a breeze (uneventful). Room was on first floor and thankful it was very clean. Called staff because TV wasn't working; was instructed to unplug and replug myself. All plugs on the wall at the head of the bed suddenly stopped working; called staff and within 5-10 minutes plugs began working again. Some noise heard during night from room above. Side wall was by parking area; but, noise tollerable. Complimentary breakfast had assortment of both hot and cold items, which tasted fine. Even the oatmeal looked inviting! The staff member replenishing food was gracious and accommodating. Check-out was easy: dropped room keys in tin box, staff thanked us for staying, and we were off. Note: plenty of food options close-by along with a WalMart."

"It’s a beautiful hotel. As far as amenities ; three’s a kitchenette but no dishes, pots and pan or utensils. It would be helpful if the guests knew that before booking. Also, it was listed that breakfast was included, There is no breakfast included. The service staff does an amazing job cleaning Ava sanitizing the rooms, they are very helpful and courteous. I must say the beds are very comfortable. Bathrooms are stocked sufficiently and kept Clean. I would definitely stay at My Place when I visit Augusta again."

"The staff are very responsive to our needs. After we un-packed and sat down to watch TV, the TV didn't work. A service worker came right away and determined the problem was with the TV itself. We were switched to a better room across the hall, the service worker got us a luggage cart, and offered to move our stuff. We declined his offer as we were capable of doing it smother ourselves. What didn't I like? Both rooms (and the room we had at this very hotel the precious week) don't have gnarled/ textured safety bars in the showers - even in the handicapped rooms."
