"This resort is in a beautiful cliff side location with rocky beach access and a beautiful pool and restaurant overlooking the sea and pool. Villa rooms are sea front. The property shows its age. Our villa was well equipped and nicely decorated with a vintage look. Renovation should be in its future, everything was in working order during our stay. We would stay again. The included breakfast is prepared to order "

"Very nice but simple bungalow, old style but loved it and the staff was very nice "

"Lovely staff, clean room, nice and quiet with easy walking access to the beach and a couple of good restaurants. I will stay at Needa Rock Resort again. "

"Delightful setting, room very comfortable, staff absolutely great. An ideal stopover for our driving trip to and from Koh Samui."

"A pleasant moment in a very charming hotel, with a caring team, thank you very much for your welcome, see you soon!"

"Very well managed property. From manager down to the guards were respectful and accommodating."

"I spent ten lovely days at SamuiHaus and would recommend for those looking for simple, clean and friendly accommodation on (in my opinion) the best beaches on the island. I love Lipa Noi and will be back. The staff were friendly and helpful and rooms had everything I needed."

"Although there were minor issues with the room, the staff resolved them immediately with warm smiles, leaving a wonderful impression. My stay was absolutely amazing and dreamlike, and time simply flew by. I would definitely love to stay here again."

"The staff are superb! They do their best with the facilities they have. This is not a 4 star hotel--2 stars at best. It is in real need of a comprehensive remodel. Breakfast was tasty but very basic. Otherwise I didn't eat there. The hotel is rather isolated and travel to the north or east sides of the island took 45 to 60 minutes via grab or bolt. Again, 5 stars to the staff. But for the price, you can do better."

"Excellent resort, room was lovely and friendly staff. We ate at the restaurant quite a few times and was always high quality."

"Nice room and happy, helpful, and positive staff"

"Staff was great always someone cleaning and sweeping. Beautiful place to stay."

"Die Unterkunft ist sehr, sehr ruhig direkt am Strand gelegen. Außer ein paar andere Resort gibt es in näherer Umgebung nichts weiter. Das Zimmer war angenehm groß, wobei der wasserdruck zum duschen kaum vorhanden war."

"This resort is just amazing 😍. Everything was beyond expectations, the room was beautiful, the pool was clean and nice. Everything was cleaned to Perfection every day, the pool was maintained and nice to come back to. The staff was so helpful and sweet, I would like to Thank Peem from the reception for being so nice and making our stay good "
