"They are currently shifting to the place across the street, so things are bit haphazard as they make the change. They did switch us to a different room when our key wasnt working. They also worked very hard to accomodate us in other ways. Overall good experience. "

"Great location in a safe, clean, leafy green, quiet neighborhood within walking distance to the Central Business District of Kigali. The staff are very friendly and helpful, and the huge buffet breakfast in the lush garden setting is wonderful. I ate dinner at the restaurant at least 4 times while in Kigali, and each night it was very nice, with wonderful menu choices, attentive staff and a relaxing dining atmosphere. "Generally nothing so special to write home about this place. The apartments are rather noisy at night as they are close to the main road so the first couple of days were a bit uncomfortable. Frequent power outages and the stand-by generator was usually turned on 5 - 10 minutes later. For the amount of money paid, the services aren't as good."
