"Overall, this was a beautiful, relaxing place to stay. Staff was very friendly and helpful. My one complaint was communication before my arrival. I emailed and would wait for a few days and needed to send a message via WhatsApp for a response. I had arranged a market tour and cooking class weeks on advance, but it felt like those running the cooking class were not prepared for the start time."

As a brand-new property, Mövenpick Kigali has made an excellent first impression. The rooms are spacious, modern, spotlessly clean, and very comfortable. We also had the opportunity to try all three buffet services - breakfast, lunch, and dinner - and each offered a wide variety of fresh, delicious options.

"This was a fantastic place to stay the staff was great very attentive. The location was great close to amenities and quiet. The one complaint I would have is the breakfast was okay and the menu very limited, but overall I will be staying many more times."
