The staff of the hotel (including the restaurant) is very friendly, highly professional and does the utmost to help the client. My room was very spacious, nice furniture and provided with all amenities. Cleaning was always perfect. The top floor restaurant has a fantastic view on Kigali and serves absolutely remarkable food - fusion kitchen style. I definitely recommend the Hut as an exceptional place where to stay in Kigali.

Excellent location for everything from work to visiting sites of touristic interest. Loved how quiet it was and that the noisy parts (live music on Sunday) were restricted and well-advised in advance. For work, this hotel is perfect. Breakfast menu could be expanded/improved but a very acceptable compromise. I had an issue with some carpeting outside an elevator entry on ground floor and they attended to it very effectively practically immediately. Impressive.
