Our stay was very nice! This is definitely a motel and not a hotel, but we were very comfortable. The pool was full of plant debris and the hot tub was cold, so we did not use those unfortunately. It was very nice to have beach chairs, towels, and umbrellas provided! The shower towels provided were the cheapest, thinnest, smallest towels I have ever been provided; consider bringing your own! House cleaning was advertised, but it was cancelled over half the time due to staff shortages. This was very disappointing as we stayed for awhile and it was very difficult to keep the sandiness under control after spending the day at the beach. The beach across the street was incredible! We loved being able to just walk across the street and watch the sunset!

No it was supposed to but they said they disnt have that available. I was disappointed but could live with that was supposed to have kitchenette but did not. told them we needed that so we didn't have to eat out all the time. was there for a week never cleaned the room. had to go down every day to get coffee and clean towles for the room. They just kept telling us they would get to it they where short staffed. Water in room was barely warm couldn't take a hot shower. Told them about it said they would check on it dont think they ever did. Would not recommend this place.

The staff were very courteous and super friendly however- the photos and description of the property were not close to what the property actually was- we went on a soecial girls trip and had 5 rooms- each one had bariius issues-the photos made it look like a small resort and it was more like a lower bidget motel

When we opened the door to the room, we almost fell because the floor was sunken. Also, the stairsteps were uneven at the top of the stairs, and this was a problem. Also, I don't think we were told that the only bathroom was upstairs. The kitchen was very poorly lit.

This was not the room they advertised at all. The floors were filthy and desperately need a professional cleaning. I hope they can improve this but I wouldn’t stay here again.

It was ok. Our original flight was cancelled so we arrived a day late. Apparently we checked in the night before? so we didnt have a room ready when we arrived at midnight and had to wait. Once in room, it was spacious but lacking a few things. For example no couch, table or even chairs to sit at. There was a small desk with a rikety office chair that had a screw petruding the seat. Even our deck had chairs but no side table, had to put everything on ground or sit on our bed. Next night tried using the hottub but was told it was out of order which was not true. Certain staff just weren't shown where the timer was to turn it on. Other facilities like the pool and garden patio were great but their pictures are deceiving because no where is there beach access like they show. You have to physically cross a main road to get to the beach and there are no chairs or tables to sit at. I will say the staff were fantastic and the location was great! Just a couple things that would have made it better!

We booked a suite expecting to have a kitchen. There was a microwave & mini fridge that comes in most hotel rooms. There was a kitchen sink but no dishes, utensils, napkins, dish soap, etc. There was a cutting board but no knife! The gutters outside had not been cleaned in a long time so with every gust of wind, debris rained down on the balcony. We requested a broom and swept the balcony twice a day. We also swept the floors in our suite as they were dirty. Housekeeping was supposed to be done every 3rd day. We had text messages on each of the service days that they did not have enough staff to service our room. I said our trash was overflowing, and was told I could put it in the dumpster! When I complained that I was paying over $400 per night for 6 nights and should not have to do self service, they found a housekeeper to “clean” the room. For being a resort with resort fees, I would expect more. There are no drawers in the entire suite for our clothes. There are no hooks or towel bars. There are only 5 hangers. “Amenities” are available for rent (beach towels, etc). Coffee & tea are only available until 7:00pm which we were informed at check in; it does not say limited time on the website. The website does not tell us that there are no elevators and that we would need to able to climb steps. Upon checkout, we discovered separate charges for “hotel” as well as tax on that charge. What is the hotel charge? We already paid over $400 per night for the room.
