"Clean rooms, easy check in, everything you need for one night, room was small but enough for 2 people to sleep for one night."

"The check-in was an indicator of how the stay would go. We were given room key and told it was straight down the corridor opposite the reception desk. It transpired that the room was almost at the furthest point one could be from the reception area and involved a number of changes of direction and finally a very steep and narrow staircase with literally no landing outside the room.
