"The place needs a refresh; it is outdated. The food was good. The spa was okay. They did not allow any outside food. The pillows were horrendous!! "

"The pool was closed for maintenance which was the main reason we picked this hotel, disappointed not to be told before arrival. Room was too warm, had window opened but was so noisy with seagulls at 6am we had to close it. Breakfast was luke warm, with only 3 items of hot food. Staff were lovely. "

"This hotel was located within close distance to many attractions. There was always someone to greet us at the front desk, rooms were clean, hotel was very quiet even though it was on the main road. They also cleaned the room daily which we were not expecting but it was appreciated. Would stay here again 100%"

"It was a nice hotel and staff were nice but unfortunately we didn't get a lot of sleep due to a large amount of children from a dance group running up and down the corridor outside the rooms and loud and boisterous until quite late in the evening around 1am . There was also another incident in the room accross which went on continuously throughout our last night there. Unfortunate that these incidents caused our stay to be not the best. "

"Would definitely recommend this hotel. The staff were really friendly and the hotel was immaculate. Unlike other hotels the breakfast was cooked to order and tasted great. We had an evening meal there too which was also lovely. We used the swimming pool too and the underground parking facility meant we didn’t have to worry about finding a place to park. If we come back for another trip to Dublin, we would 100% stay here again."

"Pillows were a little hard, lovely, friendly, helpful reception staff didn't like having to pay an additional €10 per night parking. Coffee was delicious and breakfast choice was good. Overall, I'd give it an 8/10."

"Det var utenfor sentrum ingen butikker eller kafeer på område, ved motorvei , en bensinstasjon akkurat foran hotellet . Måtte gå 15 minutter ved motorveien for å ta trykk til byen . Men personale på hotellet var utrolig hyggelige og hjelpsomme "

"Room was clean. Breakfast was pricey but good. Rooms were older- no smart TV or central AC. Further from the city center than we thought. The bus goes straight there but it takes 45 mins. "

"We were staying at this hotel during our stay in Dublin with my son April 17-20th . I was travelling with no expectations at all. I would like to say that thank you to the entire hotel’s staff, because of their hospitality our stay was great. Room was big and clean. The only thing that was missing in the rooms was probably the mini fridge, us, Canadian and USA travellers are used to have a fridge in the room. Other than that our stay was great at Metro . The Airport shuttle is a great bonus 👍"

"Staff was friendly and the hotel was nice. Rooms are hot and when you open the windows there is a ton of traffic noise. 25 minutes to Airport and has some great pubs around the corner. "
