"Room size was huge but with a dirty sofa that needed cleaning, although the rest was fine. Standard hot breakfast offered by this hotel variety. Not sure if someone was being trained but staff not that interested when trying to check in. Shuttle to and from airport ran regularly"

"The hotel was under construction which wasn't even the problem. The room was nice two queen beds with tv mini fridge desk one chair. I originally booked the hotel for the pool area which is super kid friendly however when we got there i was laying on the one lounge chair in the pool area and ants started crawling on me I then began to inspect the pool area and there were ants everywhere even crawling in the pool towel area. I informed staff about the problem and they said they were sending...

"The Staff at Hotel were Friendly & Helpful especially the Blonde Female Maid & Laundry Attendant. Breakfast was Great but could have benefited from some Fresh Fruit. Rooms were clean. I liked the option to do your own linen exchange at the the Laundry room. Overall a Great stay & I am still here.
