"More expensive than alternatives, but in our opinion, well worth the cost. The staff did whatever they could to make our stay the best it could be, and the venue is old, but VERY well-kept and updated! Very quiet. We'll be back! "

"The staff was polite, attentive, and helpful. We used the valet parking, and they were helpful and fast (though at times they did have a lot more to handle for the number of people on staff). The room was spotless, the furniture (including the bed) was updated and comfortable, and it was also very quiet, day and night. There were several restaurant venues on-site; we only tried one, and it was excellent and reasonable. A very comfortable and short walk under the streets to our Mayo appointment made the stay complete. We'll be back!"

"If convenience is a luxury then this hotel is 5 star even if overall it could use a little modernization and lipstick. It has easy parking, is attached to a pedestrian skyway to the Mayo hub center and easy to reach by uber from the airport."

"Clean and convenient. Allow extra time for breakfast because the included breakfast is made to order and heavy on egg options. "

"Room was clean. We had a couple of clogged sinks, but they were promptly taken care of when we made the front desk clerk aware. Breakfast was very good. All staff were friendly if sometimes difficult to understand because of the language barrier. We enjoy staying here."

"This hotel definitely falls under the "you get what you pay for" category. The sheets were not very clean. The room never cooled to a comfortable temperature. The shower water pressure was terrible and made a horrible screeching noise the entire time I was showering. There were obvious poorly repaired holes in the hallway and they ran out of milk and hot breakfast items two days in a row, at least an hour before breakfast was supposed to be over. We brought these things to the attention of the staff on day one and by two, there were still no noticeable improvements. I would not stay here again."

"Hotel was very clean and quiet. Connects to Mayo Clinic subway level so you don’t need to go outside to get to appointments."
