We had a comfortable and lovely stay. The hostesses Viktoria and Irina were very hospitable, friendly and helpful, if you have any questions feel free to ask them. The property has a great location, it is close to the center of Windhem. Our room was clean, comfortable, with beautiful view and excellent internet service. Glad we chose Georgian Garden, highly recommended.

If you’re looking to just sleep on this house please do as there’s absolutely no privacy. The owner is too busy hosting her family. If you’re looking to have some privacy and sleep please run far away from this place as there’s kids staying there.

My kids (12 and 3 y.o.) and I had a wonderful experience at the place. Victoria (the owner) was very attentive to our needs. The place is clean, our room had a gorgeous view of the mountains, there’s plenty of space in the backyard for the kids to play. They even have the access to the creek. Just bring water shoes if you visit in the summer.

Amazing location, clean property, excellent hosts. Felt at home the moment we walked in. Walk to beautiful pathway, view of the mountains, access to a beautiful creek, lovely breakfast. Glad we chose this place for a short R&R in Catskills.

Cozy clean room with a very good European breakfast for a reasonable price 5 min drive from Windham Mountain.

Amazing hosts. Hosts from country of Georgia and set it up like an English Tudor, which gives you a feeling like you are in a european inn. Looks far lovelier than the surrounding inns and lodges. In summer time, I'm informed they even have a fresh garden from which they use to cook meals for. They cook a fresh breakfast everyday, far superior to what you get in corporate motels of the same price, and the rooms are super clean. Cute little fire place and rocking chairs too in the living room by the kitchen. I highly recommend it.

Comfortable and clean stay

The stay was nice but it felt like I was in someone's home, where previous B&B's have provided more freedom. The location was off a road, which was more active than I'd like for a Catskills getaway and the "beach" was just stagnant water. However, the host was very nice and the beds were comfortable.

Owners are very nice. They bought the place 2 years ago so work is in progress. My wife and I generally prefer newer houses but this was updated quite well. They made an elaborate breakfast (more like a dinner buffet) of eastern European fare. If you enjoy that food, you'll enjoy this breakfast.

Memorial Day Weekend at the Georgian Garden Inn

Having never stayed at a B & B before, we really didn’t know what to expect when we arrived at the Georgian Garden Inn. We were pleasantly surprised and really enjoyed our three night stay during Memorial Day weekend 2018. The Inn was recently renovated, beautifully decorated and spotless. Our hostesses, Irena and Victoria, made us feel right at home. Both ladies were very personable, informative, and always ready to answer any questions we had about the Inn, its history and the surrounding area. Each morning we were treated to a full homemade breakfast consisting of so many delicious choices: eggs, oatmeal, blitzes, potatoes, sausage or bacon, coffee, tea and orange juice. We left each day so full that we didn't have to stop for lunch until late afternoon. Every evening when we returned from our day’s excursions, there was always a delicious homemade pastry to enjoy with either coffee or tea. Our favorite part of our stay was sitting outside drinking morning coffee while overlooking the mountains and river. It was a very peaceful setting with beautiful views. All of the wildflowers hadn't yet bloomed, but the landscaping will be outstanding once all of the flowers are at their peak. We would highly recommend this place for all of the comforts of home in a pristine, beautiful setting near many activities, restaurants and sightseeing opportunities.

Awesome weekend

Stayed another weekend at The Georgian Inn, and already I am making plans to return. Amazing time. The sister hostesses are very kind, helpful and friendly. The view from the rooms are breathtaking. And, the garden leading to the stream is a special place to hang out and read a book, or to just relax and forget your troubles. I would highly recommend this place.
