"Great modest hotel affiliated with a larger full hotel. Big room, comfy bed, very close to the West train. We also had daily breakfast—nice buffet with a great selection, a little different each morning. It was awesome!!"

"So amazing! This is an authentic chalet tucked in the mountains. It’s a quick drive to Lauterbrunnen or there’s a free bus. I love the little grocery market that’s across the street. Just a stone throw away. This market has famous croissants that are a regional favorite.. but don’t eat too many because the breakfast at this hotel is great. The staff was very polite. The only thing I would encourage them to do is provide coffee in the rooms. They do have teabags in the hallway and water kettles...

"What we appreciated most was the helpful front desk. They took the time to help me with air reservation problems and did the check-in at the appropriate time. The room was facing the street and had the view of the spectacular mountains. However, the room cleanliness was not the best, bedding not changed daily (we stayed for eight nights) and the bathtub was too high for elderly people. "Very friendly staff. Dinner was conveniently offered in the hotel restaurant. Beautiful view if the weather cooperates. If there is fog or rain you can’t really see the view from behind the hotel."
