"Enjoyed the facilities (including the use of the larger sister resort). Brilliant meals. However, we lost a pair of earrings that was placed inside a cupboard and we discovered missing when packing up."

The automated check-in/out system worked flawlessly, the room had all the necessary amenities. It exceeded my expectations. You can walk from/to ITM in a little under 10 minutes. "

"Everything was great from the hospitality to the service. Having a personal shuttle take you around town was great considering how "hilly" the terrain is in Arimaonsen. The onsens (hotsprings) are forbsure the main attraction and the time allotted to rent each onsen (45 minutes a session) was certainly generous. I've stayed here twice already and I'm already looking forward to returning someday."
