"Staff was kind and so friendly which made our stay pleasant. Room had a smell to it in the bathroom so made our stay a little uncomfortable. Small rooms but close to train station and city ! "

The room is ok, we ate supper in their Restaurant and it was good, breakfast was just ok, staff were all polite. We have been staying in 5 star places and in comparison to other places we have stayed on this vacation, except for location this falls short for the money we paid. "
"Average. Air conditioning not working in a very warm room. Opening window is noisy as the hotel is next to a busy road. Check in was ok. The gent who served my wife and I didn’t mention the complementary Welcome Card which gives discounts for attractions and free use of public transport. Some marks on the corridor walls where the cleaner’s trolley has been. "
